As a left-brained introvert, rigid in decision making and love sleeping over ideas for them to make sense, Tanni Desmond Awa(Mottanni) has successfully moved past this so-called limiting attributes to be a successful public speaker/trainer and spoken word artist.

He possesses public speaking skills and is also succeeding as a skills development facilitator. He is always eager to learn and grow his interpersonal and leadership skills as he aids people and organisations perform at optimum capacity

He is a holder of a Bachelor Of Science in Mathematics, a Diploma in Computer Science and a Teacher Grade II Diploma which gives him a sound knowledge of Pedagogy and Andragogy.
